Born 1971, half Italian, half English, Colonna Montagu grew up in London. She studied at Bryanston, a co-educational liberal arts school in Dorset, followed by Oxford University. Since then she has worked as a film maker and ceramic artist specialising in large scale ceramic work and installations. >


Producer, 'Blood Swept Fields' - Installation of 888,246 ceramic poppies at the Tower of London in commemoration of the centenary of the start of WW1. Worked with artist Paul Cummins to produce and make the installation.

CH4 Producer 1 x 50 min film 'Who's the Father?' about the impact of DNA testing for paternity. Shot in NY and London.


CH5 Producer 2 x 50 min film 'The Gucci Dynasty'. Following the murder of the Gucci heir, the two hour film follows the incredible 3 generational saga of the rise to riches and subsequent decline and fall of the fashion family with original archive shot on 35mm.
